The University Inn in Gooding, Idaho was built as Gooding College in 1917, and also served as a progressive tuberculosis hospital from 1947-1976.

Personal experiences reported by team members include hearing disembodied voices, seeing a shadow figure in the basement and a light that was previously off being back on when an investigator returned to her room. Also, movement was heard in a room adjacent to where another team member was staying. She assumed it was the other investigator in her room, only to find out later that the investigator was downstairs at the time. When that investigator came back to her room, her bed was unmade, even though it was made up when she left the room. Also electronic malfunctioning was experienced by a team member including lights flickering and a new adjustable camera moving on it's own in her room, even though it should not have without her manipulating it through its companion app.
